Tim Toma has been an attorney since 1987. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, magna cum laude. He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Tim started his legal career with a small law firm in Cleveland, Ohio, focusing on business and commercial litigation. In February of 1991, he started his own law practice in Euclid, Ohio. His practice has grown consistently, focusing on litigation, collection, probate, wills, estate planning, business law, and real estate. His underlying business and legal philosophy is based on providing top quality service promptly and responsively, at a reasonable fee. Tim has represented numerous individuals, particularly regarding their wills and estate planning or real estate transactions. He also represents a number of businesses, focusing primarily on assisting in the collection of delinquent accounts, as well as business planning and organization.
Tim is also a member of different professional organizations including the Christian Legal Society, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Better Business Bureau. He was the president of the Euclid Chamber of Commerce in 1998.
Tim obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton in 1982, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, double majoring in economics and finance. He also graduated at the top of his class from Cathedral Latin School in 1978.
In August of 2004, Tim was appointed as the Law Director for the City of Maple Heights, the city in which he grew up. As Law Director, he was involved in virtually every aspect of city government and managed the City’s litigation. Tim served as law director until December of 2007, when there was a change in administration.
Tim is assisted in his law practice by an excellent and experienced support staff, and other associated attorneys. In addition to serving clients in his own areas of expertise, Tim is able to refer matters to other attorneys with different specialties, in Ohio and in other states.
